Getting Started with Challenge Responses

When a Member completes a Challenge, the platform creates a new asset called a Challenge Response, which is linked to that Member’s Profile. The Challenge Response contains the details and metadata of the Challenge and its current status.

Access

The Challenge Responses screen allows you to view and manage all Challenge Responses, across all Members.

Note: To instead view the Challenge Responses for all Members for only a single Challenge, see the Responses tab of the Challenge Details screen (see View Challenge Responses for more information). Or, to see the Challenge Responses to all Challenges for only a single Member, see the Challenges tab of the Member Profile screen (see Tab Overview: Challenges for more information).

To access the Challenge Responses screen, select Challenges from the top navigation bar, then select Challenges > Challenge Responses from the side navigation menu.

The Challenge Responses screen displays a wide range of information about each Challenge Response, such as: the Challenge with which it is associated (and its type), the Member who completed the Challenge, the Challenge prize, and the Response's current status.

Exports

Loyalty supports only Standard Exports for exporting Challenge Responses. For more information, see Export Challenge Responses.

Imports
